Fine, not Fine

How are you doing? Why do people ask this question if we really don’t want to know how the individual is doing? I guess it is just a common courtesy. We create this false image to people that yeah answer, because I care about how you and how you are doing and that is not the case. The response that I love to give is I am doing well/fine, how about yourself? The person replies the same way and we our separate ways. If you don’t care about I am doing then why go into any great details.
Just Smile

A smile is used to warm hearts and let people think that you are happy and that you have things figured out. Oh how I wish that was the case at all the times. A smile is used to deviate from the truth, it is used to hide how someone is really feeling, and it is easier to smile than to frown or even cry. So, why not let everyone think that you are okay by simply smiling. People do not really care how you are doing anyways so why not use a smile to hide your problems.

I Love You

The three words that should give you the most joy caused the most pain. You constantly lie and hurt me but because you say those three magical words it’s like it makes it all better. I am thankful for the day I decided that I Love You was not good enough! The way in which you treat me is not love and although it took me awhile to realise this, I did and I am forever grateful. I was blinded by the idea of being with you, so I constantly lied to myself that you love me. Those three words sounded so good because who doesn’t want to hear that someone loves them?
“Honey, I’m sorry, I love you, and I will never do it again” the most painful lie someone can ever tell.
